Facilities of our rooms
All rooms have a smart TV or projector, at least one flip chart, a fully stocked meeting kit, French doors leading outside, and coffee and tea facilities. A microphone system is available in all rooms upon request. 

Organization
To ensure that you lack nothing, all new employees first receive extensive training and are tested on their knowledge before they start working independently. This means that every new employee is first paired with an experienced employee for 2 weeks. At the end of a new employee’s probationary period, an extensive mutual evaluation also takes place.

In addition, the operations team meets twice a day to ensure that everyone is aware of current wishes and changes. 

Feedback regarding your event is recorded in our Opera and Symphony systems, allowing everyone involved internally to respond to it.
